Louise S. Hutchinson

Louise Hutchinson is a partner at Bybel Rutledge LLP where she counsels organizations on commercial legal matters. Often operating in a general counsel role, Ms. Hutchinson assists with a variety of issues as they arise.

Having held positions in-house and in private practice, as well as in the private, government and nonprofit sectors, she understands legal challenges faced by many types of organizations. Her experience includes General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to a connector manufacturer, counselor to religious and other nonprofit organizations, government regulatory attorney, creditors rights/bankruptcy practitioner and nonprofit officer, board member and volunteer. Louise has also worked extensively in the information technology field with an emphasis on agreements, licensing and privacy. A graduate of Bucknell University and Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review, Louise is a Certified Information Privacy Professional United States ("CIPP/US") as conferred by the International Association of Privacy Professionals ("IAPP").
