Erik Gerhard

Erik Gerhard is a partner of Bybel Rutledge LLP where his practice focuses on securities offerings and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, financial institution regulation, corporate governance, and business and corporate law, including capital formation.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Gerhard practiced law in firms in the Harrisburg area and Raleigh, North Carolina where he represented financial institutions in all areas of banking, corporate and securities law. He assisted clients in such areas as de novo bank formations, public offerings (for both issuer and underwriter), private placements, mergers and acquisitions, holding company formations, and Pennsylvania Bank Shares Tax appeals.
