Biography
John Black joined Bybel Rutledge LLP as a Banking Specialist in 2007 where he focuses on initial preparation and review of regulatory and transactional applications relating to financial institutions.
Mr. Black is a former examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and gained additional commercial banking experience as an officer of what is now First Columbia Bank & Trust Company, Bloomsburg, PA. Mr. Black also is the retired manager of the Corporation Applications Division of the Pennsylvania Department of Banking where he was responsible for the review and analysis of all applications filed by Pennsylvania-chartered financial institutions.
