Biography
Erik Gerhard joined Bybel Rutledge LLP as a partner in 2006 where his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, publicly held companies, financial institutions and general corporate law.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Gerhard practiced law in firms in the Harrisburg area and Raleigh, North Carolina where he represented financial institutions in all areas of banking, corporate and securities law. He assisted clients in such areas as de novo bank formations, public offerings (for both issuer and underwriter), private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and holding company formations.
